Plan Manager – Taylor Made Outcomes

Nicole works part-time within the Plan Management team, bringing with her a strong background in Corporate Banking. Transitioning into the NDIS sector, Nicole applies her financial expertise and attention to detail to ensure invoices are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with NDIS guidelines.

She is passionate about helping participants make the most of their NDIS funding, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with providers to create a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved. Nicole takes pride in her commitment to accuracy, compliance, and participant satisfaction.

Having lived in the Illawarra for the past 20 years, Nicole enjoys her time outside of work as a proud mum of two.
