About Taylor Made Outcomes

Founded in June 2019, Taylor Made Outcomes (TMO) provides high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability.

After more than 29 years working with large disability service providers, Owner and Director Mandy Drain established TMO to deliver trauma-informed, responsive, and flexible supports—without the limitations of large overheads and bureaucracy.

Today, Taylor Made Outcomes is recognised for professionalism, reliability, and deep knowledge of the NDIS. Mandy and her team are passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best life, achieve their goals, and have genuine choice and control.
