What Plan Management means

Plan Management is a type of NDIS support that helps with the financial side of your plan. We process invoices, help you understand your budget, and make it easier to manage the funding in your plan.

You still choose the providers you want to work with. Plan Management helps take care of the admin while giving you more flexibility than an NDIA-managed plan alone.

For many participants, it is a simple way to reduce stress and stay on top of supports.

How we work with you

We keep Plan Management straightforward.

When you send through an invoice, we check it against your funding and process it for payment. We can also help you understand service bookings, budgets, and general NDIS admin questions related to your plan.

Because we work with participants across Wollongong and beyond, we know how important quick communication can be. If something is urgent, we do our best to respond quickly and keep things moving.

Most importantly, we keep the service personal. Even when support is delivered across different locations, you still get help from a real team that knows who you are.

Invoices: what to expect

We know timely payments matter.

In most cases, invoices are processed within 2–3 business days once all required information has been received. If there is a delay or something does not look right, we will let you know and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Budgets, PACE and period funding

NDIS funding can sometimes feel confusing, especially when plans include PACE or period funding.

We help you understand how your funding is set up, what has been released, and what that means in practice. We explain things in plain English and help you keep track of what is available, so you can make informed decisions about your supports.

You do not need to figure it all out on your own.

Privacy and consent

We only share your information with providers for payment purposes or when you have asked us to coordinate something on your behalf.

If a provider contacts us with questions about your plan, we check your consent first. We take privacy seriously and make sure information is handled carefully and appropriately.
