What Plan Management means

Plan Management is a type of support that helps with the financial side of your NDIS plan. We process invoices, track your budget, and help you understand how your funding is being used.

You still choose the providers you want to work with. Plan Management helps take care of the admin, while giving you more flexibility than NDIA-managed funding alone.

For many participants, it is a simple way to reduce stress and stay on top of their supports.

How we work with you

We keep Plan Management straightforward.

When you send through an invoice, we check it against your funding and process it for payment. We can also help you understand service bookings, budgets, and general NDIS admin questions related to your plan.

Because we know the Illawarra and work with providers across the region, we understand how important quick communication can be. If something is urgent, we do our best to respond quickly and keep things moving.

We also support participants Australia-wide, so even if you are outside Wollongong, you still get the same personal service from our team.

NDIS funding can sometimes feel confusing, especially when plans include PACE or period funding.

We help you understand how your funding is set up, what has been released, and what that means in practice. We explain things in plain English and help you keep track of what is available, so you can make informed decisions about your supports.

You do not need to figure it all out on your own.

Privacy and consent

We only share your information with providers for payments or when you’ve asked us to coordinate something on your behalf. If a provider calls with questions about your plan, we’ll check your consent first.
