What is PACE and Period Funding?

PACE is the NDIS’s plan and payment management system. Period funding means your budget is released in stages over the life of your plan, rather than all at once. We can explain what this means for you.

What happens if a provider payment seems delayed?

We check each invoice against your funding and service agreement, then process payment – in most cases within 2-3 business days once all required information has been received. If a payment looks delayed, contact our team and we’ll chase it up for you.
