Brittany brings over four years of experience in the NDIS sector, having worked as a Senior Plan Manager, Operations Manager, and Participant Engagement Officer supporting families and participants across the Illawarra. She now leads Taylor Made Outcomes as the Manager of Plan Management and Participant Engagement.

Holding a Certificate IV in Business Management and Leadership, Brittany is passionate about ensuring participants’ NDIS plans are managed effectively and used to their full potential, so that the right supports are in place to help individuals achieve their goals.

Brittany takes pride in building strong relationships with participants and families, offering clear communication and guidance that leaves people feeling confident their plans are in safe hands. She also works closely with providers to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and in line with NDIS guidelines, supporting a smooth and reliable experience for everyone involved.
